  1. Idea Window Shortcuts

  3. Moving Around in the Text...
  4.  
  5.      Left/Right    move to Beginning/End of a line
  6.      Up/Down    scrolls pageup/pagedown
  7.     Option Left/Right    move to Beginning/End of a word
  8.     Option Up/Down    move to Beginning/End of the idea
  9.     Shift    Extends the selection over any movement of the selection curssor (and it works in conjunction with  and Option)
  10.  
  11. Text Style Templates...
  12.  
  13.      space    applies the default text style to the selected text
  14.     control =    creates new style template using characteristics of selected text
  15.     control 1 through 9    applies the corresponding style template to the selected text
  16.  
  17. Organizer Window Shortcuts

  19. To Open an Idea...
  20.  
  21.     Double Click
  22.     -Enter will open all selected ideas 
  23.  
  24. To Rename an Idea...
  25.  
  26.     Enter or -R
  27.     Type the new name, then press Enter
  28.     
  29. To Select an Idea in List...
  30.  
  31.     Click on with Mouse
  32.     Up/Down Arrow Keys
  33.     Type any printable charater - If an idea starts with that letter, it will automatically be selected.

  35. Shortcuts for Topic List...

  37.     All of the above shortcuts work do the same thing but for the Topic list by holding down the Shift key.

  39. To Reorder Topics or Ideas...

  41.     Hold down both the Shift and Command keys and drag the item you want to move to a new location in the list.

  45.     NOTE:  Most menu items have keyboard shortcuts which are shown in the menus.

  47.     -1 through 9 open the first 9 ideas text windows
  48.     Option--1 through 9 Activate the first 9 Topics

  50.     Option-Return opens the Global Idea

  52. Special Clicks...
  53.  
  54.     Holding down option while closing an idea window closes all idea windows.
  55.  
  56.     Double-clicking in title bar of an idea window causes the window to "roll up", similar to the extension "Window Shade".

  58.     Holding down option while dragging text within an idea window forces the text to be copied, not moved.  Similarly, holding down option while dragging an idea to a new Topic forces the idea to be copied, not moved.

  60.     Holding down option while opening (double-clicking) a file link forces the parent folder containing the file link to be opened.
